Producer

Louise Brison

France

Louise Brison is an independent family Champagne house in the Côte des Bar, rooted in four generations and now led by Delphine Brulez, who oversees the estate as owner and winemaker. Based in Noé-les-Mallets, the domaine focuses on vintage-only, gastronomic Champagnes that express each year’s character. Wines are vinified and aged in oak barrels, bottled in low-dosage styles, and released only after extended cellar ageing. The estate has farmed organically since 2012, with certification achieved from 2017 onward, emphasizing soil health, biodiversity, and the avoidance of chemicals and pesticides. Its style is terroir-driven, authentic, and built for complexity and ageing.
