France

Henri Perrusset is a family-owned Burgundy domaine in Farges-lès-Mâcon, founded in 1987 by Henri Perrusset and now run by local vigneron Nicolas Roux following Perrusset’s retirement after the 2020 vintage. The estate has followed lutte raisonnée since 1998, with hand-harvested fruit, no chaptalization, native-yeast fermentations, and low-intervention élevage in stainless steel with time on lees. Its vineyards, including old vines for Mâcon-Farges, lie on marly limestone soils rich in quartz and marine fossils, contributing freshness and a grainy minerality. The style is rooted in careful farming and transparent winemaking.
