Producer

Emilio Bulfon

Italy

Emilio Bulfon is based in Valeriano, in the foothills of Pordenone, between wooded hills and the Tagliamento River. The estate’s vineyards in Castelnovo del Friuli and Pinzano al Tagliamento are dedicated to recovered native Friulian varieties. For more than sixty years, the producer has helped rediscover and preserve grapes including Ucelut, Piculit-Neri, Sciaglin, Forgiarin, Cividin, Cianorie, and Cordenossa. Its approach combines modern enological technology with respect for the character of these historic varieties and their territory. A member of G.R.A.S.P.O., Emilio Bulfon is recognized for its focus on regional authenticity, historical viticulture, and biodiversity.
