Domaine de l'Arlot

France

Domaine de l'Arlot is a Burgundy estate in Premeaux-Prissey, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, with roots dating back to the 18th century and today part of AXA Millésimes. The domaine presents itself as a guardian of exceptional viticultural heritage, focused on the nuances of terroir and the purity of its wines. Farming has followed organic methods since 2000, was certified organic in 2014, and biodynamics, introduced in 2003, are now applied across all vines. In the cellar, the approach is low-intervention: hand harvesting, double sorting, spontaneous fermentations, delicate extraction for reds, and élevage in lightly toasted French oak. Technical Director Géraldine Godot, a Burgundian microbiologist and oenologist, has led the estate’s technical work since 2014.
