Bodega Carmelo Patti is a family-owned boutique winery in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, founded, owned and led by Carmelo Patti. Having learned winemaking from his father, Patti has dedicated his career to producing aged wines, building the winery’s reputation largely through word of mouth. The winery began with a 1989 Cabernet Sauvignon and now focuses on Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and the Gran Assemblage blend. Wines are made with native yeasts and without chemical additives, then aged in French oak and held in bottle before release, reflecting Patti’s philosophy of offering wines at their optimal point of consumption.
