Rinaldini

Italy

Rinaldini is a family-run estate in Sant’Ilario d’Enza, Emilia-Romagna, continuing the legacy of founder Rinaldo Rinaldini. Today it is run by Paola Rinaldini, her husband Marco, and their son Luca, with winemaking led by Luca Zavarise. The estate is rooted in Emilia and works exclusively with its own vineyards, planted on alluvial, gravelly soils known locally as Ghiardo. Farming emphasizes high-density planting, low yields, drip irrigation, and minimal pesticide use, with sustainability a stated focus, though no formal certification is mentioned. The cellar, created from an 1884 farmhouse, includes underground aging spaces as well as a cave for hand-finished sparkling wines. Rinaldini presents itself through estate-grown fruit and a quality-focused approach closely tied to its local territory.
