Milenrama

Spain

Milenrama is a boutique Rioja producer in Rioja Oriental, owned and operated by sisters Ruth de Andrés and Ana de Andrés. Their certified-organic bush vines, averaging 30–40 years old, grow on clay-calcareous soils with surface gravels at 300–500 metres on the foothills of the Sierra de la Yerga. The estate works with Viura and Tempranillo, producing fresh, value-driven wines. Whites are fermented in stainless steel, while reds are aged in concrete, preserving a direct expression of the fruit and site.
