Giacomo Mori

Italy

Giacomo Mori is a family-run Tuscan estate owned by the Mori family since the 18th century. In the mid-1990s, Giacomo Mori renovated the vineyards and cellar and continues to oversee the estate as winemaker. The property follows organic viticulture, avoiding synthetic fertilizers, insecticides and herbicides, and relying instead on copper and sulphur treatments, leguminous green manure, and very low sulphur dioxide use. The winery focuses on two Chianti wines, including Chianti Riserva "Castelrotto," vinified in stainless steel and aged in oak.
