Finca Suárez

Argentina

Finca Suárez is a family-owned estate in Paraje Altamira, Mendoza, with roots on the same land since 1921. Led by Juanfa Suárez, it works exclusively with estate-grown fruit from calcareous, stony vineyards at the foot of the Andes. The family emphasizes sustainable, regenerative farming and a broad view of sustainability across environmental, social, and economic practices; organic certification is not yet formalized. In the cellar, the approach is low-intervention, with native-yeast fermentations, low sulfites, and small vessels used to vinify parcel and micro-parcel wines with full traceability. The project is closely tied to site, especially the distinct soils of Finca Perico and Finca Las Piedras, and remains active in the Independent Producers of Paraje Altamira (PIPA).
