Domaine Agnès Paquet is a family-owned estate in Meloisey, Burgundy, founded by Agnès Paquet in 2000 from vines acquired by her parents in the 1950s. Working across the Côte de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, the domaine farms organically, avoiding herbicides since 2004 and obtaining certification in 2021. Manual vineyard work, hand harvesting, massal selection and old vines are central to its approach. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts and minimal inputs are used, with gravity-fed handling and careful sorting. Reds are fermented in concrete, sometimes with whole clusters, while whites ferment and mature in barrels. The wines aim for gourmand fruit in the reds and freshness in the whites, with appellations including Auxey-Duresses, Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin 1er Cru.
