2021 · Xinomavro-Moschomavro Siatista Rosé

Founded in 2006 in Siatista, Macedonia, Dio Fili Estate is a family-owned boutique winery run by husband-and-wife team Yiannis and Georgia Polizos Goutziamani. They cultivate Xinomavro and Moschomavro in high-altitude vineyards at 600–700 metres, farming according to certified organic principles and marketing their wines under a “Bio Products” label. The couple handle the winemaking themselves, producing limited quantities of PGI-certified Siatista wine. Dio Fili Estate is also part of the Sotiris Bafitis portfolio.
