Pierre Mayeul is a boutique Burgundy wine house run by three wine experts: Ludivine Griveau, Matthieu Bouchard and Frédéric Hirault. Griveau, the first female winemaker of the Hospices de Beaune, directs the winemaking, while Bouchard brings a tenth-generation Burgundy family heritage. The partnership combines its own vineyards with supervised parcels, creating a mixed ownership and contractual model. Production is limited and described as producing “hand-stitched” wines. No sustainability certifications or specific ecological practices are reported.
