Producer

Perrier-Jouët

France

Perrier-Jouët is a Champagne house in France owned by the Pernod Ricard group. Since 2020, its cellar master has been Séverine Frerson, the house’s eighth cellar master and the first woman to hold the role. The producer highlights sustainability through a herbicide ban, biodiversity measures such as hedgerows and green corridors, renewable energy use, eco-packaging for Belle Époque, and trials of sailing-ship freight to reduce carbon emissions. It has also pledged to move all of its vineyards to regenerative viticulture by 2030. No formal organic or biodynamic certification is reported.
