Producer

Pascal Doquet

France

Pascal Doquet is a family-owned, independent Champagne house in Vertus, Côte des Blancs, founded by Pascal Doquet in 2004. The estate, originally established by his grandfather in 1933, is now run by Pascal, his wife Laure, and their son Noé, representing the fourth generation. All vineyards across Grand and Premier Cru sites are certified organic, having been herbicide-free since 2001. The winemaking philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention, using indigenous yeasts, plant-based treatments, and cover crops to express the pure character of their chalk terroirs.
