Château Peyredon Lagravette

France

Château Peyredon Lagravette is a small, family-run estate in Bordeaux’s Haut-Médoc, owned and operated by Laurence and Stéphane Dupuch since 2009. Its vineyards on the Grand Poujeaux hill, spanning Listrac and Moulis, are farmed organically using natural practices, without weedkillers, and harvested by hand. The Dupuch family combines low-intervention viticulture and respect for historic methods with modern equipment, including temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation. Wines are traditionally styled and aged for 14 months in French oak, with around one-third new barrels. Laurence oversees parcel vinification and aging, while Stéphane is also involved in winemaking.
