Casa Lapostolle is a family-owned Chilean producer founded in 1994 by Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and Cyril de Bournet, with roots in the Grand Marnier family. Based in Chile’s Colchagua and Casablanca Valleys, it farms vineyards in Apalta on ancient granitic soils with natural mountain groundwater irrigation, including the hillside Clos du Lican and terrace vineyard San José. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic, uses night harvesting, and worked with biodynamic consultant Alan York. Its wines are made in a classic French style under the guidance of Michel Rolland.
