Yann Chave

France

Domaine Yann Chave is a family-owned estate in the Northern Rhône, based in Crozes-Hermitage with a small holding in Hermitage. Founded in 1970 by Nicole and Bernard Chave, it is now fully owned and run by Yann Chave, who succeeded his father and serves as the principal winemaker. His children, Daphné and Gauthier, are also involved in vineyard and cellar work. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2007, and all farming follows organic vineyard-management practices. The domaine is noted for hands-on family ownership and estate-led production from vine to bottle.
