Domaine du Pavillon de Chavannes

France

Domaine du Pavillon de Chavannes is a family-run Beaujolais estate owned by the Jambon-Chanrion family since 1861. Fifth-generation vigneronne Laure Jambon-Mareau oversees both vineyard management and winemaking. The domaine farms about 12 hectares, including seven hectares of vines more than 40 years old, and produces Côte de Brouilly, Clos du Calvaire, and Beaujolais-Blanc. Its traditional approach includes fermentation in cement vats and maturation in large oak foudres. No sustainability certifications or specific ecological initiatives are reported.
