Codorníu, operating as Raventós Codorníu in Catalonia, is a major Spanish Cava producer with a family history spanning 18 generations and a portfolio of wineries in Spain, Argentina and the USA. Majority-owned by Carlyle Group since 2018, the group combines longstanding family involvement with international scale. Its sustainability programme includes a transition to 100% organic production in 2023 and B Corp certification in 2025. Winemaking is led by Bruno Colomer, who has overseen the cellar since 2013.
