Château Troplong Mondot is a Premier Grand Cru Classé estate in Saint-Émilion, perched at the appellation’s highest point on distinctive clay-limestone terroir. Owned by SCOR since 2017 and led by Aymeric de Gironde, with Rémy Monribot directing winemaking, the estate focuses on wines of place through rigorous vineyard work, healthy soils, and minimal intervention in the cellar. Its environmental commitment runs deep: biodiversity has been protected for over two decades, vines are worked with horses, harvest is manual, and the property has long farmed without herbicides or chemical fertilizers while pursuing carbon neutrality. Alongside the historic château, Troplong Mondot also stands out for its hospitality and Michelin-starred restaurant, Les Belles Perdrix.
