Brick & Mortar is a California boutique winery founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife team Matt and Alexis Iaconis. Sourcing from coastal vineyards in Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Mendocino, and Anderson Valley, the estate focuses on certified sustainable and organic sites where possible. Matt Iaconis leads a low-intervention approach centered on native yeasts, minimal sulfur, foot-treading, and large-format oak to highlight terroir. The range includes still and sparkling Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. Sustainability is a core part of the project, reflected in organic vineyard sourcing, sustainable materials, local independent partnerships, and support for environmental causes.
