Solegro wines are produced in Emilia-Romagna by Caviro, a cooperative founded in 1966 and owned by its member growers. The group brings together 13,000 winegrowers across seven Italian regions, giving Solegro a broad, large-scale production base rather than an individual estate model. Sustainability is central to the operation: Caviro holds Equalitas certification, has received the Premio Impresa Ambiente award, produces all its electricity from renewable sources, and is recognised among Italy’s leading producers for wastewater recovery. Caviro manages the vineyards and winemaking for Solegro, with no individual winemaker identified.
