Château Les Grands Sillons

France

Château Les Grands Sillons is a family-owned estate in Pomerol, acquired by Bertrant Thibaut in the 1920s and now managed by Stéphane Dignac. Its 2.81 hectares are divided across three plots, planted mainly with Merlot alongside Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, with vines averaging 40 years old. The estate produces red Pomerol and Montagne-Saint-Émilion wines. Sustainable viticulture is central to its work, with ISO 14001 and HVE Level 3 certifications, mechanical weed control, reduced inputs and biodiversity-friendly practices. Winemaking is overseen by Stéphane Dignac.
