Producer

Château de Cérons

France

Château de Cérons is a family-owned estate in Bordeaux’s Cérons appellation, held by the Perromat family since 1958 and described as family-run across nine generations. Caroline Perromat is a co-owner, with Xavier Perromat overseeing technical and overall management. The estate is the largest in the appellation. Vineyard work is certified HVE 3 and ISO 14001, with cover crops including wheat, barley, flax, phacelia and clover used to support soil balance. The wines are crafted with oenologist Patrick Léon, combining established family stewardship with careful vineyard management.
