Domaine Anne Gros

France

Domaine Anne Gros is an independent family estate in Vosne-Romanée, rooted in the Gros family’s Burgundy history since 1830. Anne Gros took over from her father in 1988, established the domaine under her own name in 1995, and has since brought in the next generation, with Julie, Paul and Marine involved. The viticulture is thoughtful and low-intervention, drawing on organic and biodynamic principles without strict adherence to certification, with close attention to soil health, biodiversity, ploughing, compost and limited inputs. Anne’s approach is intuitive and terroir-focused, aiming for finesse, freshness and elegance rather than opulence, with wines noted for nuance, harmony and clear expression of place.
