Palamà

Vinicola Palamà is a family winery in Salento, Puglia, representing three generations of winemakers born and raised in the region. Founded in 1936 by Arcangelo, Ninì, and Michele Palamà, it remains rooted in a careful, committed approach to the difficult art of winemaking. The winery focuses on native Salento grapes, including Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia Nera, Malvasia Bianca, and Verdeca, grown using both trellised and bush-vine systems. These varieties are made as pure expressions or blends, with care extending from vineyard to bottle. The wines aim to be increasingly refined while retaining an unmistakable local character and taste of home.
