Tellus Vinea

France

Tellus Vinea is a family-owned estate in Saint-Émilion, held by the Pueyo family since 1853 and now led by fifth-generation winemaker Christophe Pueyo. Its vineyards extend across Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux AOC and Sainte-Radegonde, with gravel, sand-and-gravel, and clay-gravel soils. Certified organic since 2013, the estate has incorporated biodynamic practices since 2017. Christophe follows a low-intervention approach, using spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur, limited new oak and occasional amphora aging to produce terroir-expressive wines.
