Pasini San Giovanni

Italy

Founded by Andrea Pasini in 1958, Pasini San Giovanni remains a third-generation family winery in Raffa di Puegnago, on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda. Its vineyards span Valtènesi and Lugana, where the family focuses on native Groppello and Turbiana, alongside other regional varieties. The vineyards have been organically farmed since 2014 and fully certified since 2016, with biodiversity-focused practices, hand harvesting, and no chemical herbicides or fertilizers. Solar power, carbon-footprint monitoring, lighter bottles, recycled packaging, and local suppliers support the estate’s environmental approach. Wines are made to interpret their sites, from elegant, aromatic Valtènesi reds and rosés to fresh, savory Lugana, as well as Metodo Classico sparkling wines aged on the lees for at least 1,000 days. The winery is run by Paolo, Sara, Luca, and Laura Pasini.
