Progetto Sete

Italy

Progetto Sete is a small natural-wine project in Lazio, founded in 2013 in Priverno by childhood friends Arcangelo Galuppi and Emiliano Giorgi, with Martina D’Alessio later joining as a partner and winemaker. The team works historic old-vine parcels in the Amaseno river valley, including vineyards sourced from local elderly farmers, with a focus on native and often forgotten grape varieties. Farming is manual and low-intervention, with organic certification from Suolo e Salute, no synthetic chemicals, and an “Orto in Vigna” intercropping system to encourage biodiversity. In the cellar they follow a strict natural approach: spontaneous fermentations, zero additives, no added SO₂, and no fining or filtration.
