Producer

Guy Robin

France

Guy Robin is a family-owned Chablis estate in Burgundy, founded in the 1960s and now in its fourth generation under Marie-Ange Robin, who manages the domaine and makes the wines. The estate remains in Robin family hands and farms old-vine parcels across Chablis, including Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites, on classic chalky limestone soils. Farming is sustainable, with minimal chemical treatments and organic methods when conditions allow. Grapes are hand-harvested, and the cellar approach is low-intervention, using indigenous yeasts, limited new oak, and bottling the wines unfined and unfiltered.
