Les Plancons Hautes Côtes de Nuits Blanc

Domaine Patrick Hudelot is a family-owned estate in Burgundy’s Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, founded by Patrick Hudelot, who took over in 1980 and remains the sole winemaker. The domaine has farmed organically since 1986, with the approach reinforced in 2000 through minimal additives, native-yeast fermentation and respect for terroir. Its vineyards are planted mainly to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with some Aligoté. The wines reflect a natural, terroir-focused philosophy and are made under continued Hudelot family management.
