Ver Sacrum

Argentina

Ver Sacrum is a garage-style boutique winery in Mendoza, founded in 2012 by Eduardo Soler and two friends, who remain its owners. Soler is the chief winemaker, working with organically farmed Grenache and a natural, low-intervention approach: native yeasts, minimal sulfites, and no filtration or additives. The winery began with only a few hundred bottles and has grown while retaining its independent character; its 2019 Clarete was made in a limited release. The partners also run a small ski resort near Mendoza.
