France

Vignoble Paul Barre is a family-run estate in Fronsac and Canon Fronsac, taken over by Paul Barre in 1974 and now operated by Paul, his son Gabriel, and daughter-in-law Edith, who are also the winemakers. The domaine has practised biodynamic viticulture since 1990 and was organically certified in 1993, later receiving Demeter certification. Its low-intervention approach includes horse-ploughing, hand harvesting, and natural fermentation. The estate produces red wines from its Fronsac vineyards.
