Huguet de Can Feixes

Spain

Huguet de Can Feixes is a family-owned estate in the foothills of Alt Penedès, acquired by the Huguet family in the 1940s and now run by three siblings, with Josep María Huguet as head winemaker. Its exclusively estate-grown vineyards are organically certified by CCPAE and U.S. standards, with biodiversity-focused, low-yield agro-ecological practices and ongoing conversion to biodynamic certification. Vines are hand-worked and hand-harvested, including older goblet-trained plantings on limestone, chalk, clay and gravel soils. All grapes are vinified on the property for still and sparkling wines, including Corpinnat production. The estate also preserves historical varieties and is actively exploring regenerative viticulture suited to arid conditions.
