Vignoble Edmond Latour is a four-generation, family-run estate in Vacqueyras, operated by Domaine de l’Espigouette and managed by Bernard Latour, his wife, and their sons Julian and Emilien. The family farms around 7 hectares of vines averaging 45 years old, using organic practices, hand-picking, and hand sorting. The vineyards combine hillside, sandy, and clay soils, bringing richness and boldness alongside elegance, finesse, and depth. Bernard, Julian, and Emilien oversee the winemaking, maintaining a hands-on approach rooted in the family’s long involvement in the estate.
