Rippa Dorii is a family-run project of the Pérez Cuevas family, part of Bodegas Ontañón, working across Spain’s Rueda and Ribera del Duero D.O. regions. The wines are made exclusively from estate-grown grapes, sourced from the family’s own organically certified vineyards. These old vines are farmed sustainably and at low yields, reflecting a focus on careful viticulture and estate expression. As an Ontañón Familia project, Rippa Dorii combines family ownership with a clearly defined commitment to sustainably farmed land and 100% estate fruit.
