Luigi Giusti is a family-run winery in Montignano, Ancona, focused on the native Lacrima di Morro d’Alba grape. Its vineyards are fully organic certified since 2020, with manual vineyard work, hand-harvesting and energy-conscious practices. Winemaking takes place in an on-site cellar using natural or non-selected yeasts and minimal intervention, including sulfite-free wines alongside still and sparkling rosé expressions. Founded by Luigi Giusti, the estate is now managed by the family, with Giovanni Giusti serving as winemaker and Elena Giusti involved in its operation. The winery emphasizes sustainability and preserving the regional typicity of Lacrima di Morro d’Alba.
