Producer

Domaine des Cigalounes

France

Domaine des Cigalounes is a small, independent family estate on the rocky, iron-rich plateau between Tavel and Lirac in the Rhône Valley. The Lemoine family has owned and cultivated the property for several generations, with Séverine Lemoine leading a non-interventionist approach to winemaking; Emmanuelle Gauthier also appears on the label. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2012 and is farmed traditionally and sustainably, with care for soil, biodiversity, and the wider environment. Production is modest, reflecting the estate’s limited vineyard area.
