Château des Antonins

France

Château des Antonins is a family-owned Bordeaux estate of the de Roquefeuil family, rooted in an ancient abbey occupied by the Antonin hospitaller monks for five centuries. Geoffroy and Martine de Roquefeuil revived the property’s wine tradition in 1985; since 2016, their son Antoine has led production, supported in the vineyards by Daniel Castaing. The estate follows reasoned, sustainable agriculture and has held High Environmental Value Level 3 certification since 2018. Its vineyards include red varieties planted on silico-gravelly soils and white varieties on sandy loam, producing Bordeaux Supérieur, Bordeaux red, white and rosé wines, all bottled at the château.
