Domaine Guyet-Yvan Dufouleur is a family-owned Burgundy estate rooted in Nuits-Saint-Georges since 1596 and spanning the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, with appellations from Fixin to Santenay. Managed by Yvan Dufouleur and his uncle Xavier, it produces a broad range of red and white wines sold directly from the property. The domaine is HVE 3 certified and has expanded its holdings to include Corton Renardes Grand Cru. Its wines are shaped by careful responses to varied vintage conditions, with recent notes highlighting balanced, fresh reds marked by fine, silky tannins and fresh red and black fruit. The estate is also connected to the wider Collection Tramier, led by Laurent and Bérengère Dufouleur with a longstanding team.
