Based in Bouzeron, Domaine & Maison Chanzy produces wines across Burgundy’s three coasts, with vineyards spanning the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte d’Or. Acquired in 2013 by a consortium of Burgundy wine enthusiasts led by OLMA, the domaine combines estate and négociant activity, with winemaking led by maître de chai Max Blondelle and the négociant arm launched by Jean-Baptiste Jessiaume. Chanzy is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale since 2021 and follows sustainability-focused viticulture, using organic fertilizers, avoiding herbicides and pesticides, and encouraging biodiversity. In the cellar, plots are vinified, aged, and bottled separately to respect the identity of each climat. The estate is also active in wine tourism, with a tasting presence in Puligny-Montrachet and involvement in the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne.
