Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour is a long-established family-run house in Burgundy, led for many years by Louis-Fabrice Latour, the seventh Louis. Based around historic holdings including Domaine Louis Latour and Château Corton Grancey, it is noted as Burgundy’s largest Grand Cru holder and has expanded into Chablis, Beaujolais, Ardèche, Var and Les Pierres Dorées. Its viticulture emphasizes sustainability through reasoned agriculture and environmental certification, with no insecticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers, alongside composting, cover crops, horse ploughing, weather-station monitoring, soil regeneration and biodiversity work. Winemaking leadership has included Boris Champy and Laurent Chevalier.
