Domaine Rolet

France

Founded in 1942 in Arbois, Domaine Rolet is a longstanding Jura estate working across Arbois, Côtes du Jura, L’Étoile and Château-Chalon. Since 2018 it has been owned by the Flambert, Dupuis and Devillard families, with the team continuing the Rolet identity in a family-run spirit. Under director and oenologist Cédric Ducoté, alongside cellar master Chloé Weber and vineyard manager Louis Morel, the domaine is converting to organic farming, with limited pesticide use and deep soil work. The cellar approach emphasizes manual harvesting, oak-barrel fermentations, whole clusters, native yeasts and low-input macerations, while respecting Jura traditions such as vins de voile, Vin Jaune and Macvin, supported by the domaine’s long distilling heritage.
