Volpe Pasini

Italy

Volpe Pasini is a family-owned estate in Friuli’s Colli Orientali, managed by Emilio Rotolo and guided in the cellar by Lorenzo Landi. Rooted in a long local history, the winery is based around a historic villa dating to 1596 and is described as one of northeast Italy’s oldest wine estates. Its vineyards in Togliano and Prepotto, on Ponca soils in the northern Friulian hills, shape wines marked by freshness, elegance and longevity. The approach combines traditional knowledge with modern winemaking, alongside low-intervention farming carried out close to nature, without formal certification. Special selections such as Zuc di Volpe are made only in the best vintages to emphasize typicity, concentration and finesse.
