Sfera

Italy

Sfera is a Piedmont-based collaborative project led by brothers Federico, Marcello and Corrado Crotin. It works with small, certified-organic Italian growers to create limited-edition, terroir-focused wines from native grapes. The project combines low-intervention, natural winemaking with sustainability, innovation and a focus on saline character. Its own 1.5-hectare vineyard lies at 240 metres on marine sands and tufo, is certified organic, and incorporates some biodynamic techniques. More broadly, Sfera operates as a curator and platform for boutique wines from a network of artisanal farms across Italy, rather than as a conventional single-estate winery.
