Faustino Rivero Ulecia

Spain

Faustino Rivero Ulecia is a family winery in Arnedo, Rioja Oriental, with five generations dedicated to wine since 1899. The Rivero family’s long connection with Rioja is expressed through wines focused on balance, complexity and harmony, including reds based largely on Tempranillo and Garnacha from high-altitude vineyards around the Sierra de Yerga. Led by winemaker Rodrigo Espinosa, the winery also produces wines from several Spanish denominations of origin. Sustainability is central to its work: the estate holds Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection certification, uses renewable energy, and its Conciens range features organic grapes, manual harvesting and recycled packaging. The winery combines its historic Rioja identity with an innovative, broad regional approach and offers tours, tastings and other wine-focused experiences.
