Domaine de la Foliette

France

Domaine de la Foliette is a Loire Valley estate in La Haye-Fouassière, operated by Denis Brosseau and Eric Vincent, partners since 1996. Specialising in Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie, the domaine works exclusively with grapes from its own vineyards and plants from its own nursery, controlling the process from grafting through bottling. It has been Terra Vitis certified since 2000 and began converting 10 hectares to organic farming in 2019. The estate’s documented history reaches back to 1635, while the Brosseau family established the domaine in 1928. Alongside its Muscadet range, it explores varieties including Colombard, Plantet and Pinot Gris in rosé, traditional-method, demi-sec and sulphur-free wines.
