Costers del Priorat

Spain

Costers del Priorat is a boutique estate in Priorat, owned by several partners whose first vineyard parcel was planted in 1934. It manages vineyards across four villages and eight towns, farming organically and biodynamically with natural treatments only, no chemicals, and animal traction on steep terraces. Winemaker José Mas Barberà uses spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts and varied vessels to emphasize minerality. The estate produces a family of eight red and white wines.
