Violette Rosé Spumante Extra-Dry

Conte Collalto is a family-owned estate in Susegana, Veneto, whose Collalto lineage has managed the property since 1110. Vineyards and winery are located around San Salvatore Castle, with wines produced in historic cellars dating from the early 1900s. Princess Isabella Collalto de Croÿ has overseen the vineyards and winery since 2007, while winemaker Riccardo Poletti combines traditional knowledge with modern equipment. The estate processes only grapes from its own vineyards, producing Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG alongside wines from local varieties including Verdiso, Incroci Manzoni and Wildbacher. SQNPI-certified farming includes glyphosate-free viticulture, natural and organic fertilisation, weather monitoring and renewable energy systems. The Riserve receive at least 36 months of oak ageing.
