Gaillac Blanc Perle Nature Loin de l'Oeil

Domaine Philémon is a family-owned estate in Gaillac, in southwest France, with vineyards held by the Vieules family since 1804. Mathieu Vieules currently manages the property and makes the wines, alongside farming wheat and sunflowers; he began estate-bottling in 2003. The south-facing vineyards are farmed organically, certified since 2013, and the domaine participates in Nature et Progrès natural-wine certification. Grapes are hand-harvested, and the wines are sealed with crown caps.
